Sorby Adams Jellicoe Riesling 2023

Beautiful Riesling sourced from the high altitude of the Eden Valley. Lemon sorbet and lime zest on the nose with understated florals. The palate is pristine and delightfully pure with a minerally thread taking it to a very long finish. Adams makes a lot of red, but he certainly knows what to do with Riesling.
