Sorby Adams Tristan Shiraz Barossa 2022

A fine Barossa Shiraz of terrific value. The colour here is a deep blood red, on the nose, we have notes of bay leaves, spices, chocolate, coffee grinds, raspberries, bacon fat, soy and red cherries. The palate moves more to the black fruit end of the spectrum, especially licorice and blackberries. This is finely balanced with a subtle use of oak. Fine tannins and excellent length round out the package. A ten year proposition.
