According to the new look Step By Step guide, the sauvignon blanc is “the peacemaker” in the wine squad. It feels like “a Hemsworth brother on Byron Beach.” Can’t see it myself but it is a very bouncy sauvignon with grassy, herbal aromas supported on the palate by sweet tropical fruits plus lantana and honeysuckle.
Not the most concentrated sauvignon blanc going around but for $15 there’s a whole lot of flavour in this wine to enjoy.
