Stonefish Single Vineyard Margaret River Cabernet 2021

The Stonefish range continues to offer delicious drinking and cracking value. Crimson purple in colour, with gentle but well handled oak notes, this is giving us a nose offering choc-cherry characters, aniseed, blackberries, bay leaves and lots of cocoa powder. Finely structured, this is a wine of medium length which is well balanced with silky tannins. Good buying to enjoy over the next six to eight years. So much to like here.
