Taltarni Dynamic Shiraz Viognier 2022

Taltarni’s ‘Dynamic’ range is all about showing the style, taste and artistic expression of the winemakers. This fruit is from a single vineyard in the Pyrenees where warm days and cool nights show Aussie Shiraz in a different, more elegant light; assisted by a Northern Rhône-influenced co-fermentation with 11% Viognier.  A glorious magenta colour is accompanied by aromas of rose petals and summer blossoms. Cherries and blackberries are joined by a hint of ripe apricots and subtle vanilla spice. It’s silky and mouthfilling, medium bodied with perfectly ripe juicy fruit – no jamminess in sight. A hint of Vietnamese mint on the finish inspires pairing it with a fragrant rare beef pho.
