This is equally a posy of spring flowers as it is a tropical island getaway. Aloe, jasmine and squirts of lime juice and pineapple rings. There is a young coconut juice freshness and buckets of acidity. The wine captures the heights of the Hills and the sunshine of Margaret River. A wine for soft cheese, crunchy crudites and a picnic.
