Smoked cherry compote, swirls of mulberry and dark plum flesh. An overarching savoury note of Nyon olive and sage leaf, is then met with clove, cocoa bean and espresso coffee spice. Tannins and powdery and smooth with some teetering acidity and almost a creamy finish. Drink now with lamb sausages and caramelised onions, a very solid marriage for mid week family meals.
