The Flying Winemaker Field Blend 2020

As the label says, this is a field blend made from Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Riesling sourced from Wairarapa in New Zealand. The extra time in the bottle has added a delightful mature dimension to it. Retains its fresh mouthfeel and vibrancy with a lift of spices and lemon zest complemented by a slightly toasty character. Has a zingy crisp acidity to finish. Nice current drinking.
