Thistledown Bachelor’s Block Shiraz 2020

The bold, rich and classically styled Barossan delivers a high volume of fruit – chocolate covered blackberries, toasty oak, and baked earth provide a decadent start. The palate is then quite muscular, with waves of robust dark fruit flavours underpinned by particulate tannins before building to a long, strong finish. A crowd pleaser that will deliver plenty over the next decade.
