Tim Smith M.G.S 2024

This vintage bursts with fluorescent redcurrants, lifted by lilac and blueberry notes. Cassis and baked cherry add depth, while granitic earth and a hint of briny olive anchor the palate. Grenache drives the middle palate with bright, glitzy acidity and energy, while Mataro and Shiraz contribute plush plum tones and weight. Intensely expressive and utterly addictive, it carries both power and persistence. Best enjoyed slightly chilled on warm days,  though be warned, it won’t linger long in the glass. A perfect wine to have with fat pork sausages nestled between white bread and onions.
