Trevelen Farm Chardonnay 2021

This is a chardonnay rich in flavour that will certainly appeal to those who like the fuller and more generous style. But the cool climate in this southern region allows the fruit to retain a fresh acidity. Melon and nectarine favours with a light roasted cashew complexity. The oak handling has been excellent.
