Tudor Pinot Noir Yarra Valley 2020

Share

Yarra Valley-style elegance on display here together with an emphasis on a light savouriness rather than sweet fruit which offers a slightly different approach to some of the usual Yarra pinot styles. It makes for a talking point as the wine delivers a scent rich in cherry, red plum with bramble, briar, a touch of anise and light florals. There’s a charming energy here, fresh and vital, with everything in its place rather than excelling. Finishes with a real spice-filled flourish. Lacks a little power through the middle palate, but there’s more than enough to keep the tastebuds happy and well-occupied.
