Twin Valleys Reserve Pinot Gris 2024

Share

Expressive and pure-fruited out of the gate. Nashi pear, red apple, apple blossom, a suggestion of cinnamon and a whisper of pastry dough. It’s so pretty and lifted, so enticing. The palate follows suit – vibrant pear, red apple, quince, and ripe lemon burst through the mouth with a gentle bitterness to the sides adding allure and edge. It finishes with a persistent push of these fruit notes long through the palate to a fresh and pure close. The third wine tasted from this producer in this sitting, and the third to carry definition, purity and freshness with aplomb.
