Fruit for this wine was sourced from Greenock in the Barossa Valley so no great surprise that it is the biggest and the boldest of the Two Hands Single Vineyard Series. It is a massive wine and shows the characters of very ripe fruit from a hot and dry vintage. It is deeply coloured and flavoured with lashings of tarry, jammy fruits supported by sweet oak. That boldness continues on the palate with choc raisined fruits supported by mouthcoating tannins that drive a long finish. It is a big, chewy style that is best suited to flame grilled steak hot off the grill.
