Blackcurrant, bilberry and Bing cherries. A touch of cranberry and rhubarb stem. Dried Ancho chillis, prune plums and Kopi Luwak coffee. Its red and black fruited with savoury spices. Sumac, cayenne and pink peppercorn. Acidity is lifted and bright with tobacco, cedar and boot polish coming through on the palate. Drinking well now. This is wine that enjoy the savoury and earthiness of aged Shiraz. Serve with braised lamb and root vegetables.
