Vickery Eden Valley Riesling 2024

From another cracking vintage, a little pressings is added here and fermentation is in stainless steel, as usual. The fruit came from the Mason and Schubert family vineyards. A very pale lemon hue, this is obviously very early days, but it is a most promising style of Riesling and the track record suggests it is as close to a sure thing as one could wish. A classic style with limes, florals and a minerally support, with oyster shell acidity, balance and length. There is every reason to believe that this will sail through the next ten to fifteen years.
