A variety that is well suited to the Heathcote region. Brings together the intense black cherry and lifted raspberry of the variety with a little of the ironstone ferruginous character of the region. It’s medium bodied with a combination of cherry and dark chocolate characters adding complexity and intrigue into the palate. Has a slightly spicy dried herbs influence adding to its food friendly appeal.
