The 2024 Valley and Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has good typicity with a generous serve of cassis and dried mint aromas with a red earth Barossa undertow. Mid weight, with a well composed and balanced palate of vibrant blackberry flavours underpinned by al-dente tannins. Elegant and well executed in a style that is both enjoyable now but will also hold up to a decade.
