Windowrie The Mill Shiraz 2023

There are four parcels of fruit blended here, all organic, before they spend three months maturing in oak. The team believe that 2023 has likely been their best vintage to date. A deep maroon here, with notes of cherries and plums, spices, milk chocolate and a hint of vanilla and mulberries. A wine of medium length and fine acidity. Look to enjoy this over the next four to five years.
