Comes from some pretty old vineyards, one planted in 1920 and the other in 1960. Old vines really do seem to suit Grenache. Follows a fairly standard approach to making Grenache with a gentle, softly softly touch to coax the best from this delicious variety. Beautiful spicy rose petal aromas and a seamlessly structured palate with an intricate weave of grainy slightly gravelly tannins. An excellent wine.
