The Liv Zak range is vegan friendly – just thought you might like to know.
Is this important? Well, it appears to be increasingly so with more and more drinkers. It certainly doesn’t affect the flavour or overall taste. This syrah (aka shiraz) is a good example.
Fabulous colour in the glass; purple, bright and lively. Redcurrant, cranberry, black cherry flavours with a sprinkle of kitchen spices and some pretty smart oak (14% new French) have produced a super attractive, cool climate wine. Smooth, textural tannins and brisk acidity drive it.
Good drinking which, in the end, really is the point.
