This is such a beautifully expressive example of shiraz from Wilyabrup. It’s a region synonymous with cabernet, but hey, it can do just about anything. Soft, plush and deeply complex, this is high-class shiraz. Beautiful, slightly gravelly textured palate with a sustained powerful finish.
