From a single vineyard in the northern sector of the Adelaide Hills, there’s a quiet Pinot soul lurking inside this wine, demure, shy, wearing a little cedary cloak to begin, redder cherry flavours releasing in the palate, a light dusting of white pepper and fine gravels in the finish. In the end, its initial reserved nature unfurls into an elegant style.
