Another variety well-suited to the long ripening period of the 2023 vintage. Displays buoyant, ripe red and blue fruits on the nose, with a lift of African violet and a fine oyster shell minerality. The palate is full-bodied, generous and packed with dark plum, blackberry, and brighter blue fruits. Tannins are fine and chalky, with oak well integrated. Its vibrancy and freshness are compelling, and while it will cellar well, it’s also an excellent drink right now.
