Yering Station Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

A low-yielding vintage of high-quality fruit. The colour is deep red and bright. On the nose, you immediately get the blackcurrant varietal notes of Cabernet with a little light cedar. The palate is smoothly intense and concentrated with deep flavours of spicy dark fruits, lifted with a subtle leaf and minerality. There’s a juicy red fruit character to finish.
