Yering Station Little Yering Dry Rosé 2024

Ah, this is why we love Rosé in the summer. This is a combination of Merlot, Shiraz and Graciano which was largely tank fermented although small parcels found their way into oak. It’s light in pale onion skin colour and on the nose, fresh and fragrant notes of cranberry and watermelon emerge. The palate is light and juicy with a burst of succulent raspberry before a dry savoury finish.
