Yering Station Village Chardonnay 2024

A summer day with fresh linen on the line, Frangipani flowers and white pineapple core. Baked peaches and churned butter, the wine is electric with juicy acidity and quite springy in energy. This dances on your tongue and flavours last for long moments. Some vanilla icing and lemonade ice cream float, come to mind. A lovely wine for angel hair pasta flecked with swimmer crab meat.
