A Yarra Valley Riesling offering both texture and palate complexity with the clean lines that speak of Riesling. After pressing straight to stainless steel, it was fermented in older oak for about 18 days. It allows the palate, in particular, to develop some nice flavours and combinations while retaining the crisp acidity that is Riesling. An attractive finishing line of lemon rind adds a final twist.
