Yering Station Yarrabank Cuvée 2017

Four years on lees captures and releases some generous flavours and fleshiness in this traditional method sparkling. Light gold hues. The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir opens with developed, rich aromas of crème brulée with roasted nuts and apple, yellow peach and citrus. Strong depth of flavour and complexity continues on the palate. Becomes quite toasty to taste carried by a textural mouthfeel with brioche and a Vegemite-like yeasty savouriness aiding the rich peachy-apple, pear flavours. Definitely not short on flavour or bubbly impact.
