Zonte’s Footsteps Rosso Cova Montepulciano 2021

This is a variety that is finding a home in McLaren Vale. Has a lift of savoury blue fruits with a trace of  vibrant red fruit on the nose. The palate is generous but medium bodied. There’s a spicy character that complements the fruity qualities and the tannins are slightly grainy adding to the textural feel in the mouth. A great wine for pasta.
