6FT6 Geelong Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Share

From the Sutherland’s Creek sub-region in the Moorabool Valley at Geelong, the colour here is a yellow straw. This falls towards the more herbal end of the spectrum, rather than the overtly tropical – room for both. We have notes of gooseberries, nettles, spices and herbs, with a chalky backing. A wine which is more refined than many Savvys, this is of medium length with bright acidity and reasonable intensity. It lingers pleasantly with a gentle fade. For drinking over the next two to four years.
