Andrew Peace Wines Winemakers Choice Clare Valley Riesling 2018

Share

One of Australia’s greatest styles for aging is Clare Valley Riesling. When young these wines are super zesty and lean but give them a couple of years and they really hit their straps.

This wine is now at its peak showing both the bright zesty citrus fruits of youth plus added interest from aging with layers of buttered toast complexity. It’s still juicy and bright but also has a food friendly creamy texture making it ideal to match up with beer battered fish and potato scallops.
