The cool 2022 vintage in on show here with a wine that is bursting with youthful fruit which is well supported by seriously fresh acidity. It starts watery white in colour with piercing aromas of zest, and pith, with a dusting of potpourri adding an exotic edge. Then that bolt of acidity swings in with citrus and mineral fruit flavours plus hints of musk and spice again reinforcing that slightly exotic feel which continues over a long finish. There is a surprisingly mouth filling texture too suggesting this will be best over the short to medium terms although it is already drinking beautifully.
