Austin’s Pinot Noir 2024

A thoroughly enjoyable Pinot from the Moorabool Valley sub-region of Geelong, the colour is cerise. The final blend is a barrel selection. The nose gives us notes of mushrooms, red cherries, warm earth, freshly dug beetroot, spices, raspberries and charcuterie. A wine of medium length, it is a slight sappy, briary style with fine if slightly furry tannins. Enjoy this over the next four years.
