Among a range of Tasmanian vineyard sources for the Bay of Fires portfolio, this hails from the Derwent Valley. It opens with fragrant cut pear aromas and a touch of musk stick, before spilling into the palate with a drop of lime juice flavour and mouth filling texture. Definitely fits the Gris end of the PG spectrum with a fuller bodied style hitting the spot from start to finish.
