Neatly crafted McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon hitting its varietal aromatic marks in a richer and riper vein, the fruit sourced from the Whites Valley district towards the Aldinga and Gulf of St Vincent district. Plenty of dark fruit and chocolate feels circulate in and around the palate, oak present as part of that, while a layer of fresher, juicy crimson berry tracks underneath, with a mouth-filling cloud of fine tannins holding everything together in this traditionally structured Cabernet.
