Bekkers Grenache 2024

Share

The 2024 vintage of Bekkers Grenache is a little more reticent than usual, which is not a criticism. Rather this is a more ethereal vintage. Distinctly red fruited with cherry and cranberry primary aromas topped by fennel seed and sandy earthy, while oak provides a gentle and well proportioned backbone. A Pinot-like palate follows, pure silk with dark cherry, cherry cola and cherry blossom flavours with gentile tannins. A sleeper vintage that may come good.
