Great colour from this classically styled hearty and wholesome Barossa Shiraz which opens up with generous chocolate, blackberry and terracotta aromas that are already open-knit and ready to enjoy, all punctuated by sweet oak. Fleshy and rich dark berry flavours follow which are well supported by ample but supple tannins with a flash of acidity giving freshness to a long finish. It is a crowd pleaser for sure and will offer plenty to enjoy over the medium term.
