Jansz Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2016

A classic Tasmanian Blanc de Blancs style already close to its peak. Pale golden in colour it opens up with fine and detailed aromas showing the purity of high quality Chardonnay – citrus, chalk and florals with attractive developed toasty notes. There is then excellent power to the palate thanks to a firm line of crisp acidity which underlies a bed of citrus and nougat which opens out into a mouth filling finish. A fantastic food wine for the best fish and chips you can find.
