A pure and fresh Sauvignon Blanc that comes from South Australia’s Currency Creek region close to the shores of the lower Murray River where there’s an undeniable maritime influence also from the nearby Southern Ocean. Sand-dominant soils also come into play, prompting a lifted aromatic that can only be described as a tropical salad of lychee and passionfruit, more of the former following on into the palate flavours. It’s juicy and slurpy, nicely restrained in both acidity and sweetness. Thai, Indo, and Vietnamese dishes will excel in its company.
