Beresford Wines Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2024

The prettiness and beauty of this excellent season in the Adelaide Hills is certainly captured in this most stylish expression of Pinot Noir. Opens with classically defined cherry and strawberry notes, then with deeper spicy plum and juicy blackberry. Palate picks up a slightly truffly mushroom-like influence that merges well with the other primary fruit characters. It’s silky fine and velvety smooth, but within there’s structure from the chalky tannins, and that fine Pinot acidity ensures it’s sustained and focused through to a long finish.
