Skuttlebutt Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2025

Share

Of course, you want/need to see savvy greens and herbals plentiful and bouncing in a blend with Semillon. You’ve got them. But there is more, sweet fruited citrus and white peach, a touch of the exotic in notes of lemongrass, green apple and hay, which combine seamlessly with herbs, ginger, asparagus and green bean. The fruit and the herbal work well together. This is a ripe, ready to go rendition of the classic white Bordeaux which Margaret River does so well. Throw in bright, lively acidity, a light texture and a strong herbal thread on the finish, and you’ve got an everyday winner.
