A sea spray saline quality draws you in and livens you up with toasty oak and persistent acidity. Vanilla and creamy zabaglione with the oak unfurling on the palate. Supported by weighty orchard fruit and an acid line to give focus. Drink with an old fashioned Peach Melba and don’t be shy about it. Sometimes the classics need to be revisited.
