Yering Station Little Yering Dry Rosé 2024

Share

A salmon belly pink hue in the glass. Watermelon rind, cantaloupe and orange sorbet. Fruit delivery is identical to what the palate promises with succulent acidity, like a strawberry ice slurpee. Some tangerine citrus too. A dry finish with some trickles of fruit sweetness that add dimension. A perfect wine for potato rosti, soft egg yolks and salmon roe. Another excellent value add to your weekly shopping list.
