Winemaker/ vigneron Dan Berrigan and partner Wendi Ticao work two family vineyards in two regions, this from their highly prized Adelaide Hills property, elegant in all its revealing moments, cool styling, fleshy cherry and satsuma plum flavour feels. Crimson, bright and tangy in its mouth appeal, medium weighted and fruit-pure without interference of oak except for a subtle peppery spice. Lively, modern Shiraz with heaps of energy – moreish beyond normal self-control bounds.
