Blue Gables Jesse Chardonnay 2023

Share

Yellow grapefruit skin, tinned peaches and sliced pineapple rings. Yellow guava and papaya. Mineral powder, sandstone and vanilla custard. A hint of wild lime zest and elderflower. A generous and rounded mouth feel with oak elements showing themselves on the palate. This is buxom and bold with a truckload of flavour. Ripe orchard and tropical fruits with toffee and praline intertwined. It’s not shy and nor should it be, showing the power of Gippsland’s incredible growing conditions. Drink now with a creamy mushroom pasta.
