Well, as the name suggests, it’s as dry as chips, with less than one gram of sugar per bottle and just 81 calories per pour. But it has a fleshy flavor, some nice varietal Pinot notes of strawberry and raspberry, with that little spicy cherry-like character. It has a fine crisp acidity holding it tight and just the faintest touch of oak. A nice current drinking wine.
