Bream Creek Vintage Brut 2015

Exquisite, lacy and plentiful, fast moving bubbles. Rich and expressive nose: honeycomb, green apple, parmesan rind protein depth, yellow flowers, light bread crust and grapefruit with a little clove spice. Beautifully textured with a fine and elegant mousse. All parts in wonderful, complex balance: the fruit is still vibrant and fresh with just the right amount of yeasty, savoury nuances through the base. The acid drive impels the wine but doesn’t dominate. A quality Tassie sparkling at a fantastic price.
