A bright and fragrant young Cabernet and just look at that eye-catching colour in deepest purple and garnet! It’s a most promising start to what is one well-priced, plummy and super lively Margaret River Cabernet. Cabernet fruit to the fore in aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, cinnamon, woodsy oak, bay leaf with lifted violet aromatics. This is a fine wine, the result of a strong vintage in the region, marrying regional leafy herbs and spice with free-flowing ripe dark fruits. The finish is bright with pronounced tannins and herbals bringing the wine to an emphatic, firm finish. Great value and so approachable.
