Brown Hill Golden Horseshoe Chardonnay 2020

Delicate florals and plenty of bright aromatics of citrus blossom and nougat. There is a generous pink grapefruit edge to this wine – the acidity is both refreshing and taut, offering line and focus on the palate. Very subtle oak supports the cool toned fruit and the wine finishes with textural grip and a slight tension I very much enjoy. Chardonnay with restraint & elegance that would be marvelous with pan-fried white fish in butter with lemon.
